Terms for using the website and the contribution administration services of RW 013 Zona Columbus–Oscar.

1. Parties and acceptance

The website www.columbusoscar.com is managed by the RW 013 Zona Columbus–Oscar Committee — Paguyuban Columbus Oscar Legenda Wisata (referred to below as the “Committee”). By accessing the site or using its services, you are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

2. Terms used

  • Site — the web pages at www.columbusoscar.com and all their content.
  • Services — neighbourhood information and contribution administration: issuing invoices, viewing payment history, and payment confirmation.
  • User — a resident, owner or occupant of a unit in the Columbus–Oscar zone, or a person authorised by them.
  • IPL — the neighbourhood maintenance contribution payable by residents of the Columbus zone.

3. Who may use the services

The contribution administration services are intended for residents, owners and occupants of units in Columbus–Oscar, or for parties holding written authorisation. Other visitors may still read the general information on this site.

4. Accounts and security

  • If you use an account on this site, keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone.
  • You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
  • Tell the Secretariat promptly if you suspect your account is being used without permission.

5. User obligations

  • Provide accurate data and keep it up to date (WhatsApp number, email, ownership/occupancy status).
  • Use the services reasonably, courteously and lawfully.
  • Do not access, copy or distribute other residents’ data without permission.
  • Do not take any action that could disrupt or damage the system.

6. Contributions and invoices

  • IPL is an obligation attached to each unit in the Columbus zone, whether or not the unit is occupied.
  • Invoices are issued periodically and delivered through official channels (WhatsApp, email or letter).
  • The contribution amount and the payment deadline are stated on the official invoice issued by the Committee, and may be asked at the Secretariat.
  • The Committee may send reminders before or after the payment deadline as part of orderly administration.

7. How to pay and proof of payment

  • Payments are made by transfer to the official account: Bank Mandiri 1330035552223 in the name of Paguyuban Columbus Oscar Legenda Wisata.
  • Please send your transfer receipt to WhatsApp 0811-1380-5814 or email rw13@columbusoscar.com so that it can be recorded promptly.
  • A payment is valid once recorded in the system or an official receipt has been issued.
  • The Committee only uses the official account above. Be alert to requests for payment to any other account, and verify first with the Secretariat.

8. Official communication

By registering your WhatsApp number or email with the Secretariat, you agree to receive administrative messages such as invoices, payment reminders and neighbourhood information. We do not send promotional material. You may choose the channel you prefer (WhatsApp, email or letter).

9. Intellectual property

The name, logo, letterhead, photographs and all content of this site belong to the Committee / Paguyuban Columbus Oscar Legenda Wisata. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, or use that could mislead, requires written permission from the Committee.

10. Prohibited conduct

  • Distributing residents’ personal data to other parties.
  • Uploading or sending content that is unlawful, offensive on grounds of ethnicity, religion or race, or disruptive of public order.
  • Misusing site features, including attempts to access parts of the system you are not authorised to use.

11. Limitation of liability

We aim to present accurate information and to keep the services running. However, the services are provided “as is”: we do not guarantee that they will always be free of disruption, and figures shown on the site are informational. The Committee’s books and official receipts are the authoritative record. If you find an error in the data, please inform the Secretariat so that we can correct it.

12. Changes to and suspension of services

The Committee may improve, change, extend or temporarily suspend parts of the services (for example during system maintenance). Accounts shown to have been misused may be suspended after notification.

13. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in force is the one shown on this page, with the effective date stated at the top.

14. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Should any difference or dispute arise, we give priority to resolving it amicably between the User and the Committee. If no amicable settlement is reached, it will be resolved through the competent forum in Indonesia.
